![]() Instructions ![]() Cut peel from pineapple; cut or trim away eyes. Cut pineapple crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices. Blend pineapple sauce with oil in a small bowl.
![]() Grill pineapple slices over Medium heat 3 to 5 minutes per side; spread or brush sauce mixture over pineapple slices during cooking. Remove to a cutting board. Cool pineapple slightly and cut into 1/4-inch dice.
![]() Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds; cut into 1/4-inch dice. Finely chop jalapeño, onion, and cilantro. Toss pineapple with tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, and cilantro in a medium bowl. Stir in any remaining sauce mixture; season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve salsa with steaks.
