Grilled Pears with Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients

4  large  pears, cored & quartered

1  Tbsp.  olive oil

1  c.  balsamic vinegar

1  pint  blackberries

*  lemon juice

Instructions


Preheat grill to medium-high.

Coat pears with lemon juice and olive oil.

Place vinegar in a small saucepan and reduce until thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, 30 to 40 minutes.

Place pears on grill and cook until pears are fork tender.

Place pears on a platter with blackberries in the center and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
