1 envelope Carb Options Onion Recipe Mix
1 pound lean ground beef
4 (1 ounce each) slice cheddar cheese
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 4 wedges
1 red bell pepper, cut into 8 rings, seeds removed
1 cup H-E-B Texas Twist Salad Dressing, any flavor
Combine onion recipe mis , ground beef, and 1/4 cup water in a mixing bowl. Shape the ground beef mixture into 4 patties, 5-inches in diameter and 1/2-inch thick. Place patties on a foil-lined tray, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375 degrees F). Brush hot grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill patties for 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F and juices run clear. Top each burger with a slice of cheese and allow to melt.
Serve each burger with a wedge of letuce, two slices of red bell pepper and 2 tablespoons salad dressing
