1 cup fresh key lime juice (bottled will work)
2 Tbsp. honey
3/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1 Tbsp. minced cilantro
4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
or 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Combine all ingredients in a large zipper storage bag and shake to coat chicken. Refrigerate for 24 hours
Prepare grill and cook for 15 - 20 minutes until juices run clear.
