10 (for grilling) minutes
1/4 cup H-E-B Olive Oil
6 (4 ounces each) fresh white Fish Fillets, about 1 inch thick
1 (16 ounce) jar H-E-B Chipotle Salsa
1 c. H-E-B Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375 degrees F).
Oil hot grill with olive oil to prevent sticking. You can also use a fish fillet grilling holder.
Brush fish with olive oil and chipotle salsa. Grill fish for 5 minutes per side.
While fish is grilling, place chipotle salsa in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 2 minutes; set aside.
Serve each grilled fish fillet with 3 tablespoons each of heated chipotle salsa and shredded cheese.
