Grilled Chicken Fajita Pizza

1 large pizza


6  oz.  H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Strips or Fajitas

1  Tbsp.  H-E-B Pure Olive Oil

1  pkg.  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Fajita Vegetables

2  tsp.  Mexican-inspried seasoning of your choice

1  large  H-E-B Traditional or Whole Wheat Thin Crispy Pizza Crust

1  c.  H-E-B Traditional Pizza Sauce

1 1/2  H-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese, divided use


Heat gas grill or build a charcoal fire.

In the meantime, heat chicken according to package directions. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and seasoning; sauté 5 minutes or until tender.

Spray pizza crust on both sides with non-stick cooking spray. Heat crust on grill 1 or 2 minutes per side. Transfer crust to a pizza pan or baking sheet.

Spread 3/4 to 1 cup pizza sauce over crust. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Layer chicken, vegetables, and remaining cheese over top. Return to grill and close lid. Cook 10 minutes or until toppings are hot and cheese melts.
