Grilled Butternut Squash

1  (1 1/2 lb.)  butternut squash

2  Tbsp.  Central Market Chili Flavored Olive Oil

1  tsp. each:  ground cumin and garlic powder

1/4  c.  H-E-B Honey

•  salt


Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.

Wash squash, peel and cut in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and cut into 1-inch-thick pieces.

Coat squash pieces with flavored olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Place on prepared baking sheet and roast on center oven rack 30 minutes or until fork tender.

Serve roasted squash with a drizzle of honey. Salt to taste.
