1 bag (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Spring or Italian Mixed Greens
1 cup H-E-B Seriously Sweet Tomatoes, halved
1/2 bell pepper, cut into thin strips
3 slices H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Sliced Red Onion Rings, separated
1/2 cup each: sliced carrots and cucumbers (optional)
2 H-E-B Fully Cooked® Fully Fit™ Chicken Breasts, thawed & thin sliced
6 twists McCormick Peppercorn Medley Grinder or 1 teaspoon McCormick Gground Black Pepper
1/4 cup H-E-B Salad Dressing, your favorite flavor
Layer the salad greens, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, carrots, cucumbers, thin sliced chicken breasts and pepper in a large salad bowl. Cover the salad bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Before serving, toss the salad and add dressing to each serving as desired.
