1 tsp. H-E-B Canola Oil
1 lb. ground chicken
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carton (32 oz.) H-E-B Chicken Broth
1 can (7 oz.) diced green chili, drained
2 c. H-E-B Ready Fresh, Go! Spinach, chopped
2 cans (16 oz.) navy beans, drained and rinsed
1 c. H-E-B 100% Whole Grain Brown Rice

Heat stockpot over medium high heat 3 minutes. Add oil, ground chicken, onions, and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until chicken is brown and crumbly.
Add chicken broth, chili, spinach, navy beans and cumin. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
