1 c. H-E-B Panko Bread Crumbs
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (8 oz.) Hill Country Fare Diced Green Chiles
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.
Place bread crumbs in a gallon size zipper bag or medium size bowl. Season chicken with salt and pepper, place in bag and seal. Turn bag until chicken is completely coated.
Shake excess bread crumbs from chicken and place on baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes.
Five minutes before chicken is done, place chiles and 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan over Medium heat until fully warmed.
Top chicken with green chile sauce. Enjoy!
