1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
1/2 small tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 can (14 1/2 oz) HEB cut green beans: no salt added, drained
1 tbsp. white, rice or balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic, tomato and Italian seasoning.
Cook for 3 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add green beans and vinegar.
Continue to cook for 4-6 minutes or until green beans are heated throughout.
Season to taste with pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving
