1  Cucumber, sliced lengthwise, seeds removed

1  large  tomato, cut into one-inch cubes

1  jar (13.2 oz.)  H-E-B Harvest Moon Mediterranean Salad

3  cups  Hill Country Fare Fully Cooked Large Shrimp, thawed, with tails removed

1/2  cup  H-E-B Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese

1  package (10 oz.)  European Mixed Salad Greens


In a large salad bowl layer the shrimp, Mediterranean salad with liquid, tomato, cucumber, Feta cheese, and salad greens.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more.

Before serving, toss the salad to coat ingredients
