1  11.4 ounce box  frozen H-E-B Great Catchâ„¢ crunchy breaded fish fillet tenders

1  loaf  ciabatta bread or 4 ciabatta sandwich buns

6 to 8  leaves  romaine lettuce

3/4  cup  Fresh from Texas mango salsa, drained well

1/2  cup  regular or reduced-fat mayonnaise

2  cloves  garlic, crushed

1  tablespoon  Dijon mustard

1  tablespoon  fresh lemon juice


Place 2 racks in oven, as close to the center as possible, then heat oven to 475 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil; lay fish on foil in a single layer.

Heat fish 10 minutes on lower oven rack. Meanwhile, combine spread ingredients and set aside. Split ciabatta loaf or buns in half horizontally; place halves on another large baking sheet, cut-sides down.

Remove fish from oven; turn to second side and return to oven 2 to 4 more minutes. Place bread halves on top oven rack to heat at the same time.

Remove fish and bread from oven. Spread salsa mixture over cut sides of bread. Place fish and lettuce in between bread halves. Cut into portions and serve immediately
