2 Ruby Grapefruits, peeled and sectioned with juice
1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Fresher Lasting Jumbo Avocados, sliced
1 pkg. (5 oz.) H-E-B Baby Spinach
2 H-E-B Red Onions, sliced and rings separated
1/4 c. H-E-B Crumbled Feta Cheese, regular or reduced fat
1/2 c. Central Market Organics Pomegranate Hibiscus Dressing
Combine the grapefruit sections with their juice and avocado slices in a large salad bowl. Toss gently to coat.
Top grapefruit mixture with baby spinach, red onions and crumbled feta cheese. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more.
