H-E-B Mexican Blend Cheese, regular or reduced fat

red onion, rings separated

green bell pepper, thin sliced into rings
![]() Instructions ![]() Heat Cocinaware 10" Enamel Cast Iron Fry Pan over high heat for 3 minutes. Add oil, ground beef and fajita seasoning. Stir-fry until browned and crumbly.
![]() Prepare each personal pizza as follows: Heat Cocinaware Skillet for 2 minutes on high heat. Pierce flour tortillas several times with a fork, place on hot skillet, heat for 2 minutes and reduce heat to medium low.
![]() Turn tortilla over and spread 2 to 3 Tablespoons Ranchero Salsa, 4 Tablespoons cheese, 1/2 cup cooked ground beef, 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro, 2 rings of onion
and bell pepper. Cook pizza over medium heat for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut each individual pizza into 4 pieces and serve.
