1  pkg. (16 oz.)  Gluten Free Fettuccine Noodles

1  can (10 oz.)  green enchilada sauce

1/2  c.  H-E-B Sour Cream, regular, light or fat free

2  c. chopped  Roma tomatoes

2  c.  H-E-B Shredded Jalapeño Jack Cheese

2  c. chopped  H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Fajitas

•  salt & pepper


Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to cooking pot. Add enchilada sauce and sour cream; toss to coat. Add tomatoes, cheese and fajitas; toss to combine. Place in large bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
