1 pkg. (16 oz.) Gluten Free Pasta
1 1/2 c. chunky salsa picante, hot, medium or mild
1/2 c. H-E-B Sour Cream, regular, light or fat free
1/2 c. Central Market Pecans, chopped
1 c. H-E-B Shredded Italian Parmesan Cheese
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
Cook gluten free pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Combine salsa, sour cream and pecans in a medium skillet and heat over medium heat for two minutes until hot. Place hot salsa mixture in a large pasta bowl and add hot pasta, Parmesan cheese and cilantro. Toss well to coat.
