2 1/2  lb. fresh  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Asparagus Spears

1  pkg. (16 oz.)  DeBoles Gluten Free Rice Spirals

3  Tbsp.  H-E-B Olive Oil

4  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic Cloves, chopped

8  medium  Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1/2  c.  basil, chopped and stems removed

•  salt & pepper


Cut asparagus into 1-1/2 inch pieces and set aside. Cook pasta according to package instructions but add cut asparagus after first 5 minutes of cooking. Continue to cook for 5 more minutes.

While pasta and asparagus are cooking, heat a large skillet for 2 minutes over medium high heat. Add olive oil and garlic, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and stir-fry for 5 more minutes. Stir in basil.

Drain pasta and asparagus. Place in large pasta bowl and add tomato mixture, season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve.
