1can (4 oz.)Hill Country Fare Mushrooms Stems & Pieces, drained

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Combine tomatoes, cheese, spinach, olive oil and mushrooms in a large bowl; toss to combine. Add cooked and drained pasta and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes.
