2 c. chopped H-E-B Fully Cooked Pork or Chicken Fajitas
1 pkg. (12 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Pico de Gallo
1 medium zucchini squash, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz.) H-E-B Tomato Sauce
3 c. (1/2 pkg.) Gluten Free Elbow Macaroni
1 c. H-E-B Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add fajitas and pico de gallo and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add zucchini and tomato sauce and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 10 minutes.
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, rinse and drain again. Combine with fajita mixture. Add cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
