1 bag (16 oz.) Gluten Free Pasta Shells
1/2 c. H-E-B Olive Oil
4 cloves H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic, quartered
1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Almonds, Pine Nuts or Walnuts
2 c. basil leaves, stems removed
3/4 c. grated H-E-B Parmesan Romano Cheese
Cook gluten free pasta shells according to package directions.
Meanwhile, combine olive oil, garlic, nuts, basil leaves and cheese in a food processor bowl. Cover and process for 30 seconds or until pesto is chunky. Place in a large pasta bowl.
Drain cooked pasta and add to pesto. Toss pasta to coat and serve while steamy hot.
