1 lb. frozen H-E-B French Green Beans
1/2 c. H-E-B Italian Vinaigrette
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
3 carrots, peeled and shredded
1 small red onion, thin sliced
Cook gluten free pasta according to package directions. Prepare green beans according to package directions. Drain and rinse pasta and green beans and place both in a large salad bowl. Add Italian vinaigrette to pasta mixture and toss to coat.
Add red bell pepper, carrots and red onion to pasta mixture; toss ingredients to combine. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more.
