1 c. cilantro, stems removed
3-4 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic Cloves, peeled
1/2 c. H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 c. Central Market All Natural Texas Pecan Pieces
1 c. H-E-B Shredded Italian Parmesan Cheese

1 pkg. (16 oz.) Gluten Free Fettuccine Noodles
Combine cilantro, garlic and olive oil in a food processor or blender container. Process 30 seconds until all ingredients are coarsely chopped. Add pecan pieces and process 30 more seconds. Place cilantro mixture in a large pasta bowl and stir in shredded Parmesan cheese. Season pesto to taste with salt and black pepper; set aside.
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and add to pesto in pasta bowl. Toss to coat.
