1 pkg. (16 oz.) Tinkyáda Brown Rice Fettuccine Noodles
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli florets (4 c.)
2 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil
5 cloves H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic, sliced thin crosswise
2 c. shredded chicken
1 c. H-E-B Sour Cream, regular, low fat or fat free
• salt and pepper, to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions. Prepare broccoli according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet for 3 minutes over medium high heat. Add olive oil and garlic; stir-fry until garlic is golden. Add chicken and sour cream to garlic and heat for 2 more minutes.
Drain pasta and broccoli. Combine pasta and cooked broccoli in a large pasta bowl. Add hot chicken mixture to hot pasta and season to taste with salt and pepper; toss to combine.
