1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
2 tbsp. Jarred minced ginger
2 tbsp. White vinegar
2 tbsp. H-E-B dark brown sugar
2 tsp. Asian sesame oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
6 cups (12 oz.) Shredded tri-color coleslaw mix
1 cup Sliced red onions
1 bunch Green onions washed and sliced
1 cup H-E-B SnaX Mix, for garnish
In a large bowl combine all ingredients for dressing and stir vigorously to combine.
Add slaw, red onions, and green onions; toss to coat.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish slaw with Snax mix just prior to serving.
