1 - 1 1/2  pounds  Fresh Tilapia Fillets

2  slices  day-old or French bread, for breadcrumbs

2/3  tablespoons  World Art Foods™ Garlic-Dill Spread

1  (6 ounce) bag  fresh baby spinach leaves

1  cup  fresh bean sprouts

1/4  cup  roasted sunflower kernels

1  (12 ounce) jar  H-E-B Harvest Moon Mandarin Orange Segments, drained

1/4  cup  fat-free Consorzio Raspberry Balsamic Dressing & Marinade


Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Tear bread into bite-sized pieces; place in blender or food processor and pulse to make breadcrumbs.

Place a rack over prepared baking sheet; lay fish on rack in a single layer. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Spread tops of fish with garlic-dill spread. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over top.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is lightly browned and just begins to flake when tested with a fork.

Toss salad ingredients while fish cooks. Serve fish with salad
