1 pound H-E-B ground sirloin or extra lean ground beef
1 Teaspoon Hill Country Fare seasoning salt
1 Tablespoon Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
4 cups Leftover garden vegetable noodle casserole
2 cans Hill Country Fare beef broth
Combine the ground beef and seasoning salt in a small bowl. Make 16 one-inch meat balls.
Heat a soup pot over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the canola oil and half of the meat balls and cook on each side for 1 minute. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Finish cooking the remainder of the meat balls.
Drain the fat from soup pot and combine the meat balls, beef broth, 4 cups of Garden Vegetable Noodle Casserole and 5 cups of water. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes
