![]() Instructions ![]() Thinly slice romaine crosswise into shreds.
![]() Peel cucumber; cut lengthwise into quarters and remove seeds. Slice crosswise into thin strips. Dice onion. Cut chives into 1-inch pieces.
![]() Whisk honey, vinegar, mustard and pepper together in a small bowl. Slowly add olive oil, whisking constantly, until blended or emulsified. Add 1 teaspoon chopped chives.
![]() Toss lettuce, carrots, cucumber and onion in a large bowl with dressing. Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
