1 (14.5 ounce) can H-E-B Veri-Green French Style Green Beans, drained
1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 carrot, peeled and shredded
2 tablespoons French vinaigrette dressing
1 egg, hard boiled and chopped (optional)
In a large glass bowl, combine green beans, bell pepper, onion, shredded carrot and vinaigrette dressing.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more.
Before serving, top with chopped eggs
