1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Dried Apricots, chopped
1/2 cup Hill Country Fare Raisins
1/2 cup walnut pieces
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 tub (8 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Chopped Onions
3 tbsp. H-E-B Butter
2 cups H-E-B Instant Rice, cooked according to package instructions
* salt & pepper to taste
Combine dried apricots, raisins, walnuts, pecans and onions in a mixing bowl.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add fruit mixture and saute for 15 minutes.
Toss with hot cooked rice and season with salt and pepper.
