Ingredients

1  cup  H-E-B plain fat-free yogurt

1  banana, peeled and sliced

2  cups  sliced frozen (no sugar added) or fresh strawberries

1  cup  fat-free milk

Instructions


Place all ingredients in blender.

Cover blender with lid and blend on high speed until mixture is well blended and smooth.

Pour smoothie into glasses
