1 tsp. Hill Country Fare Unflavored Gelatin
1 cup double strength brewed Starbucks Expresso Roast Coffee
4 to 5 tbsps. sugar or Splenda
2 1/2 cups H-E-B Milk 2%
* crushed ice
Combine unflavored gelatin and 1/4 cup cold water in a microwave safe glass bowl. Microwave on High power for 1 minute or until gelatin is dissolved.
Combine the dissolved gelatin, hot/warm Italian coffee and sugar in a blender pitcher and blend for 30 seconds. Add the milk and blend a 15 seconds on medium speed. Chill and serve over crushed ice.
