1/3  c.  H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Flour

1/4  c.  H-E-B Fat Free Mootopia Milk

1  c.  H-E-B Real Egg

1  tsp.  Central Market Organics Ground Korintje Cinnamon

1 1/2  tsp.  H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Double Vanilla Extract

12  slices (3/4-inch thick)  H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat French Loaf

•  Topping:

1  bag (14 oz.)  H-E-B Frozen Cherry Berry Blend, thawed

1  c.  H-E-B Cranberry Blueberry Juice

1  Tbsp.  cornstarch

1  Tbsp. each:  H-E-B Powdered Sugar and H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Cocoa Powder


Place flour in mixer bowl, gradually add milk with mixer on medium speed. Slowly add egg, cinnamon, and vanilla; mix on medium speed 2 minutes. Set aside.

Heat large heavy-bottom skillet or griddle over medium heat 3 minutes. Spray hot skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Soak bread slices in egg mixture one at a time. Place 2 to 4 slices in hot skillet or griddle. Cook on each side 1 minute or until golden.

Combine cherry berry blend, cranberry juice, and cornstarch in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 3 minutes or until juice thickens. Combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder in small bowl.

Sprinkle each slice of French toast with 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder mixture and 1/4 cup cherry berry sauce.
