Flank Steak Tacos with Balsamic Glazed Peppers and Onions

4 tacos


1  lb.  flank steak

1  tsp.  black pepper

*  non-stick cooking spray

1  tsp.  minced garlic

1  each  red and green bell peppers, sliced

1  onion, sliced thin

2  Tbsp.  low sodium soy sauce

2  Tbsp.  H-E-B Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 1 Leaf

2  Tbsp.  honey

4  whole wheat tortillas


Preheat the grill to medium high heat.

Season flank steak with garlic, salt and pepper.

Slice peppers and onions and place them on a large piece of foil. Add in the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and honey. Fold up and seal veggies into a tight packet.

Place the veggie packet directly on the grill. Cook 4 minutes then add the flank steak.

Cook the flank steak for 5 minutes per side. Remove both the flank steak and the veggie packet at the same time.

Serve on a warm whole wheat tortilla.
