Ingredients

*  Nonstick Cooking Spray

3   tablespoon  milk

1   egg, beaten

1/2  salt & pepper

2   teaspoon  dijon mustard

2   c.  H-E-B Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

1/2  cod, cut into 2 to 3-inch pieces

1   cup  bread crumbs

Instructions


Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Combine milk, egg, salt, pepper, mustard, and yogurt.

Dip cod into milk mixture and then remove with a fork, letting extra drip off.

Place in breadcrumbs and coat all sides. Shake off excess and place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake 10 minutes. Turn oven to broil to make nuggets crisp. Watch carefully, as this only takes about a minute.

Serve with favorite dipping sauce.
