Ingredients

1  pkg. (2 lbs.)  frozen Striped Pangasius

2 1/2  c.  Hill Country Fare 100% Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs

1  tsp.  Italian seasoning

1  c.  H-E-B Real Egg

Instructions


Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

Submerge pangasius in cool water 10 minutes or until thawed. Slice in 2 inch pieces.

Mix bread crumbs and Italian seasoning in a large bowl; set aside. Combine pangasius and egg in a zipper bag, seal, and turn until fish is covered with egg. Remove fish and toss in bread crumbs until well coated.

Place fish nuggets on baking sheet; bake uncovered 10 minutes or until flakey.
