1  Tbsp.  Hill Country Fare Canola Oil

1  lb.  H-E-B Extra Lean Ground Beef

1  cntr. (7 oz.)  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Chopped Onion

1  jar (16 oz.)  H-E-B Fire Roasted Tomato Soup

1/4  c.  Hill Country Fare Chili Powder

1  tsp.  Hill Country Fare Ground Comino

12  H-E-B Baked Corn Tostadas, broken into chips


Heat a large heavy bottom skillet 2 minutes over medium heat. Add oil, ground beef and onions. Stir-fry until meat and onions are browned (about 4 minutes). Drain any excess fat.

Add tomato soup, chili powder, comino and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Cover skillet, reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Serve with tostada chips.
