1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
1/3 c. H-E-B Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1 H-E-B Large Egg
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning
* H-E-B Non-stick Spray
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
4 H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Thin Rounds
Heat a large skillet to Medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, and taco seasoning. Set aside.
Spray hot skillet with non-stick spray. Add onion and bell peppers, and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
Fold sautéed vegetables into turkey mixture. Divide into four portions and form into patties.
Spray skillet used to cook vegetables with non-stick spray. Cook patties 5 minutes on each side. Serve between toasted thin rounds.
