2 eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 cup milk
1/2 c. H-E-B Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Hill Country Fare Chuckwagon Corn
1 (6 ounce) package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray an 8- or 9-inch baking pan with Bake Rite Non-Stick Cooking Spray and set aside.
Combine eggs, milk, cheese, corn and corn muffin mix in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve
