Field Greens in Lemon Berry Vinaigrette

1  box (5 oz.)  Central Market Organics Herb Garden Spring Mix

1  c. each:  sliced strawberries, whole raspberries and whole blackberries

2  Tbsp.  chives, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1/4  c.  Hill Country Fare Walnut Pieces

1/4  c.  H-E-B Honey Goat Cheese, crumbled

•  Lemon Raspberry Vinaigrette:

2  Tbsp.  Central Market Organics Lemon Infused Olive Oil

•  juice of 1 lemon

1/2  c.  fresh raspberries

1  Tbsp.  H-E-B Blossom Honey


Layer salad ingredients in a platter or bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to toss and serve.

Combine olive oil, lemon juice, raspberries, blossom honey and 1/4 cup water in a blender or food processor and process 30 seconds. Strain mixture to remove seeds and place in a salad dressing jar or cruet. Serve Lemon Raspberry Vinaigrette with salad.
