1 pound HEB fettuccini
1 cup HEB heavy whipping cream (8 oz)
2 cups milk
2 cups (10 oz package) frozen petite peas
6 to 8 oz. cooked ham
* salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cook fettuccine according to package directions.
While fettuccine is cooking, pour the cream and milk into a large skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then add the frozen peas, ham, salt and pepper, to taste.
Bring mixture back to a boil, stirring constantly. As soon it begins to boil again, turn off heat and set aside.
When fettuccine is done, drain well, then place back in the cooking pot. Add the cream sauce mixture and stir gently and constantly over medium-low heat until liquid is mostly absorbed (about 4-5 minutes). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
