1  H-E-B Frozen Grilled Red Pepper, thawed

2  Tbsp.  H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2  Tbsp.  H-E-B Red Wine Vinegar

2  Tbsp.  lite soy sauce

2  Tbsp.  Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener

2  Tbsp.  Central Market Organic Sesame Seeds

1  bag (24 oz.)  H-E-B Frozen Broccoli Florets


Flatten out the red & yellow grilled peppers and use small decorative cookie cutters to cut out decorative garnishing shapes. Set aside on paper towels.

Combine the olive oil, wine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar or replacement and sesame seeds in a small saucepan. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils. Remove the pan from heat and keep warm.

Cook the broccoli according to package directions and drain. Place the steaming broccoli and pepper shapes in the serving bowl. For a bright green broccoli, add the sauce at the last minute. The sauce will cause the broccoli to turn brown when added ahead of time. Serve immediately.
