1 (20 ounce) package H-E-B Fresh Italian Sausage
2 cups uncooked Da Vinci Bow-tie Pasta
6 cloves garlic, chopped
4 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup loosely packed sliced fresh basil leaves
3/4 cup H-E-B Fancy Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
Bring 2 quarts water to a boil in a 4-quart pot; cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions. Drain pasta well.
Meanwhile, cook sausage and garlic in a large skillet over Medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink; break sausage up into small pieces with edge of spoon during cooking.
Stir in tomatoes; season with pepper, to taste. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until tomatoes are tender; stir occasionally and remove from heat.
Toss sausage mixture with cooked pasta, basil and cheese. Serve with additional cheese, if desired
