2 cups H-E-B Skim Milk
6 H-E-B Premium Oolong Tea Bags
1 ½ teaspoons each: Central Market™ organics ground ginger, cinnamon & whole cloves
1 teaspoon H-E-B the Baker's® Scoop Vanilla
1/2 cup Central Market™ Light Brown Sugar or 8 packets H-E-B Better Sweet
Place the skim milk in a microwave safe glass pitcher, cover with plastic wrap and heat on High power for 3 1/2 minutes: keep warm.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a teapot. Remove from heat, add tea bags, ginger, cinnamon and cloves and brew 5 minutes. Lift tea bags, squeeze over teapot and discard. Strain out the whole cloves.
Add the hot skim milk, vanilla and sugar to the Oolong tea mixture in the teapot. Bring the tea to a boil over high heat, remove from heat.
Place 2 cups of the heated tea in a blender and blend on high to create a frothy Chai Tea. Serve immediately.
