2 c. H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Fajita Strips
2 (8 oz.) cans Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn
1 (14.5 oz.) can Bush's Best Black Beans, rinsed & drained
1 (4 oz.) can Hill Country Fare Mushrooms Stems & Pieces, drained
Combine rice, tomatoes, chicken, corn, rinsed black beans and mushrooms in a large skillet and heat over medium high heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
