1 bag (10 oz) mixed salad greens
1 large tomato, chopped
4 cups lightly crushed tortilla chips
1 package (12 oz) beef or chicken fajitas, chopped (2 cups)
2 cups shredded HEB easy melt processed cheese
1/2 cup salsa picante
In a large salad bowl, layer salad greens, tomato, tortilla chips and fajitas; set aside.
Place cheese and salsa in a small microwave-safe bowl.
Loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir, cover and microwave for 1 more minute or until salsa is smooth.
Gently toss salad and serve on dinner-size plates.
Drizzle each serving with nacho sauce.
