1 package chinese noodles
2 H-E-B Fajita Seasoned Chicken Breasts, sliced thin across the grain
1 red onion, peeled and sliced into rings
1 red bell pepper, stem and seeds removed, sliced thin
1 package (10 oz.) frozen french-cut green beans
1 jar (7 oz.) Farmer's Valley Baby Corn, drained
Cook chinese noodles according to package directions, drain well and place in large serving platter.
Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add chicken fajita strips, stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add onion, bell pepper and green beans; stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add baby corn and stir fry for 1 minute. Remove from heat and serve over prepared noodles.
