1 package (8 oz.) H-E-B Fresher Lasting® avocado chunks
• Juice of 1 lime
• salt & pepper
2 cans (15 oz.each) Central Market™ Organics Pinto Beans, drained and mashed
• taco-seasoned ground beef crumbles
2 cups H-E-B Shredded Cheddar Cheese, regular, reduced fat or fat free
1 jar (16 oz.) El Pinto Green Chile Sauce
1 cup H-E-B Sour Cream, regular, reduced fat or fat free
2 cups chopped tomato
To make guacamole: chop the avocado chunks, combine with the lime juice, season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Spread a layer of mashed pinto beans on a deep dish pie pan. Layer the cooled beef crumbles, shredded cheddar cheese, El Pinto Green Chile Sauce, guacamole, sour cream and chopped tomatoes.
Cover the layered dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Serve Seven Layer dip with corn tortilla chips.
