Ingredients

1 to 2 H-E-B Beef and Pork Smoked Sausage Links

1 large Boboli pizza crust

1 cup H-E-B Spicy Red Pepper Pasta Sauce

1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 (8 oz.) package Kraft Deli Thin Mozzarella

Instructions


Heat oven to 450 degrees F.

Slice sausage links into thin rounds.

Place pizza crust on a large baking pan or pizza stone.

Spread sauce evenly over crust.

Arrange sausage and mushrooms (and optional toppings of your choice) over sauce.

Lay cheese slices over the top with edges overlapping.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Optionally, top pizza with thinly sliced onions and bell pepper rings
