1 tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 cups H-E-B Instant Rice
1 cup H-E-B Salsa, any flavor
1 1/2 cups water or chicken broth
Heat a heavy skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Add oil and rice. Stir-fry the rice for 1 minute or until golden.
Add salsa and water to fried rice and bring rice mixture to a boil. Cover rice, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes or until rice is fluffy. Season to taste with salt and pepper
